I am using the latest wallet released 1st of June and when I do ./magid stop it says magi server is stopping but the process still appears in htop and using any commands on it results in “unable to connect to server”. I have to reboot to start it up again. Is this normal and I am missing something here? Older wallet versions did the same thing.
Helps setup magid as a systemctl service and you can stop and start or restart whenever you wish.
If still having issues stopping magid try find the process id and kill it manually then start the service again through instructions in above link also.
$ps -A | grep magid
1016 ? 00:12:03 magid
